With over 26 years of experience in Mental Health, Aged Care, Orthopaedic and Neurological Assessment and Rehabilitation, Penny brings varied and extensive expertise to her practice. She is an AHPRA-registered, Mental Health Endorsed Occupational Therapist with lived experience of neurodiversity, providing a collaborative, trauma-informed, and values-led approach, that respects each person’s unique journey.
She has experience conducting functional assessments and providing detailed evidence-based reports for both the NDIS and medicolegal contexts.
She enjoys helping clients engage in meaningful activities that support their mental health and wellbeing as well as finding practical solutions to success in everyday living. She is passionate about supporting clients to nurture a kinder, compassionate relationship with themselves and to work towards creating a fulfilling, meaningful life.
Outside of work Penny enjoys spending time with her family and cats, walking in nature, practicing yin yoga and stand up paddleboarding when she has time.
