Principal Occupational Therapist
With a career spanning 28 years across Neurological Rehabilitation, Orthopaedics, Mental Health, Aged Care, and Disability, Penny brings varied and extensive expertise to her practice. She is an AHPRA registered, Mental Health Endorsed Occupational Therapist, who practises with a collaborative and trauma-informed approach, that combines clinical expertise with compassion.
Alongside her clinical work, Penny has extensive experience in medico legal and independent assessments. She applies an objective, fair, and thorough approach to every case, preparing clear, evidence-based reports that assist courts, insurers, and legal professionals in understanding the functional impact of injury, illness, and disability.
Penny is also passionate about supporting women’s wellbeing, helping clients nurture a kinder relationship with themselves, while building practical strategies for independence and everyday success. She enjoys supporting people to engage in meaningful activities that enhance mental health and wellbeing, and to create lives that feel fulfilling, balanced, and authentic.
Outside of work Penny enjoys spending time with her family and cats, walking in nature, practicing yin yoga and stand up paddleboarding.
