Penny also works with you on pacing strategies and trying alternative techniques, helping you to manage challenges and focus on living the life you want to live.

With a wealth of experience working with older adults, Penny is able to support you to be independent, to access the community and engage in the tasks you want or need to do. She can provide falls assessments, equipment and minor home modification prescription, tailored mental health support, memory assessment and strategies, as well as support to manage your activities of daily living, safely and independently.
