Psychological Therapies
We offer telehealth psychological therapy sessions, with possible Medicare rebates through your GP’s mental health care plan.
We are trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, CFT, mindfulness, and sensory modulation.
We support you to build distress tolerance, self-compassion, and to identify your values to live authentically.
Additionally, we bring lived experience in adapting to neurodivergent identities and offer support for neurodivergent clients facing challenges such as executive functioning difficulties.
Healthy Habits & Routine
Health and Hope Hub is dedicated to supporting you in developing healthy coping strategies and habits aligned with your values, helping you engage in activities that enhance your mental health and integrating them into your daily routine. This may include mindfulness practice, good sleep hygiene, exercise, creative expression and other occupations that bring you a sense of purpose.
Together, we build new habits gradually, making change feel achievable and lasting. We support you in balancing responsibilities, creating routines that promote wellbeing, and planning a daily rhythm that works for you.
Eating Disorder Treatment
We offer evidence-based treatments for women experiencing Atypical Anorexia, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED, and ARFID. Ongoing medical monitoring through your GP is required during treatment and you need to be medically stable. Sessions are available via telehealth or in person, either at your home or a preferred community location.
